| This event will offer either a half-marathon or a 5k depending on your preference. Participants may run or walk. Each participant must register (details to follow). This run is not a competition. The run will conclude with a celebration of the accomplishment, BBQ and refreshments.
Each participant will register. Registration forms will be made available at various locations or you may contact or visit InJoy on a Sunday morning @10 am. I-44 West, get off exit #214, make a left on Old HWY 66, approximately 1/4th of a mile east, church is located on your right.
All proceeds from registration will be used to purchase gift cards at a local shoe store to be subsequently handed out to families in our community to prepare for the upcoming school year, Fall 2010. In essence, we want to put high quality shoes on the feet of children in this area.
